Carlos Cortizo is the director responsible for Fortinet's business engineering area in LATAM. He has 25 years of international experience in leadership, project management, pre/post-sales engineering and technical account management. Cortizo holds a degree in Computer Science from UNICAP-PE, a postgraduate degree in IT from UFPE and a postgraduate degree in strategic project management from IE Business School.

Certified Information Systems Security Professional, he holds a specialist degree in high-performance teams from Wharton University and a professional education in leadership and innovation from MIT, and a master's degree in network security from the University of Granada.
